This morning God told me that writing is art.
You may be thinking, “Duh.”
But he also said…
…business is art
…marriage is art
…parenting is art
…friendship is art
…church is art
…house holding is art
…health is art
…love is art
What do you think that means? The meaning of this made sense to my body before it made sense to my mind.
Does this strike you as true? Where? In your body? Your mind?
I’m going to spend a while thinking about it, but for the moment, I believe it means that to be the writer God called me to be, I have to be a full time artist, no matter that role or task. What to you think?

OHHHHH one of my favorite Subjects: ART !!!! YES, everything can be considered a creative expression but I am not sure ALL those things are ART as culturally defined. I believe God is the ultimate CREATOR. We are created in His Image so we also have the power to CREATE.
BUT the definition of ART in our general society is an expression of human talents: musical-instrumental, vocal, song writing etc, WRITING , YES,, thoughts=writing, dance, paintings, photography, videos, landscaping, architecture, , sculpture, yet…I enjoy Evidence of ART in marriage-problem-solving and creative-care for each other . A Business that ONLY employs people with physical limitations, or creates new ways for students to Learn…. I think an expansion of our view can be an healthy thing but my prayer is that we as individuals will FIND OUR TALENT AND USE IT FOR GOD…ART that lifts up the Body of Christ and draws those who don’t know precious Jesus, His Dad or the HS will DISCOVER a loving relationship with HIM
